It is a completely domestic development, oriented to the requirements and specifics of aircraft engine construction. It first appeared at the production site of UEC NPO Saturn in Rybinsk, Russia.

SLP520 is important technological equipment in the production chain of engines for civil and military aviation, the main purpose of which is cutting, welding and perforation of products with complex shapes that require laser processing methods with the highest precision and quality.

“The machine is the base machine in our line of five-axis complexes. We created the machines with the most serious tasks and requirements in mind, which are primarily imposed by the aircraft engine industry. The company has been working with tasks of this type for many years. The emergence of the machine is especially relevant now due to its demand in the market, so we immediately laid down the possibility of scaling up production,” said Anna Tsygantsova, General Director at Lasery i Apparatura. This and other developments will be demonstrated at Photonics. World of Lasers and Optics 2024 at the company's stand FC060.

LEMT optoelectronic systems

The LEMT Research and Technology Centre is a company from the Republic of Belarus, which for over 30 years has specialised in research, development, production and modernisation of optoelectronic and laser devices, and technology transfer. The main activity areas of the company are optical sights and sighting systems for light small arms, laser rangefinders, laser fire control systems, and multi-channel surveillance and targeting systems. The company's products are exported to more than 65 countries. At Photonics. World of Lasers and Optics 2024, LEMT will present both solutions already in use and new promising developments, including in the field of UAV detection and countermeasures.

TV/D-CL thermal imaging sight

The sight is equipped with photo and video recording functions and the ability to program its own ballistic characteristics in the device menu. It does not need manual focusing and has a light weight and dimensions.

ARGOS-A laser rangefinder

ARGOS-A is a portable artillery laser rangefinder. The device is equipped with an adapter for smooth horizontal and vertical adjustment with the ability to rotate 360° horizontally and at least from minus 20° to plus 40° vertically. The instrument can be completed with an adapter for installation on the periscopic artillery bussol PAB-2.

Distinctive features of the device are significant measuring range, compact overall dimensions and low weight, as well as ease of operation and maintenance.

LASSARD at Photonics 2024

Photo: LASSARD

LASSARD will be exhibiting a wide range of its own products at Photonics 2024. The company’s stand FE080 will be located in the very centre of Pavilion Forum.

The company will bring optomechanical products and optical tables, fibre and solid-state lasers, optical fibres, diode-pumped quantrons, as well as laser machines for cutting, engraving and cleaning. Optosystems and the market leader Raycus will present their own lasers at the same stand as LASSARD.

LASSARD looking forward to seeing everyone at stand FE080! Experts will answer all questions, show the equipment in action and provide preliminary consultations for further cooperation.

LASERCUT will demonstrate seven laser machines

LASERCUT has been a trusted supplier of CNC laser and milling machines for 15 years.

LASERCUT will demonstrate the operation of equipment of the popular Wattsan brand. Each participant will be able to familiarise themselves with the work of manual laser cleaning and welding, look at metal cutting, and see how souvenir products are created.

The display will show:

1) Wattsan 6090 LT laser machine, 80W
