Applications for participation are to be considered only with a written consent of ZAO Expoconsta, the general constructor on the territory of the Fairgrounds, to have construction and mounting carried out by a company-constructor named by the participant or with a signed contract for construction with ZAO Expoconsta.
Issues connected with construction and design of a booth must be coordinated with Mr. Aleksandr Volodin, sales manager of ZAO Expoconsta. To do so, you have to forward a letter to Mr. A. Volodin with an attached lay-out of the booth or exposition or description of the booth including its sizes, and name of a company-constructor, and then receive a written conclusion. The said formalities are also in force for companies that arrange collective participation.

CATALOGUE
In accordance with the General Terms of Participation in International Fairs and Exhibitions held by ZAO Expocentre, each registered exhibitor must present the following information for publishing in the Official Catalogue: Company name (in Russian and in English), address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, Internet address, and also short summary on company’s activities (no more than 150 marks including spaces and punctuation marks and up to 2 marks of its product groups. Publication of information exceeding the limit as well as logos placing and advertising is to be paid additionally.

INTERNET CATALOGUE
In Internet Catalogues of Expocent's web site you may place your ads and information on your company's activity, present your products and services, carry out market analysis via the search system, set up business contacts, and organize advertising campaign.
Preparation of Internet-catalogues of exhibitors is carried out by Catalogue department of ZAO Expocentre.
Conditions of publication of information are described in the Application for Publication in the Official Internet-catalogue. Information on exhibitors is stored and supported in the Internet-catalogues section for the period of one year.
